75 Minute Sound Meditation in the Bowls Hall at Clickimin Leisure Center.
It is recommended to bring along your own yoga mat as well as items like blankets, bolsters or pillow so that you are comfortable laying down. Something soft for under your head and neck as well as a bolster, blanket or towel that can be rolled and placed under your knees for extra comfort.
